Welcome to Aqlamah. By accessing and using our website aqlamah.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree, we kindly ask that you do not use our services.

1. Use of the Website
Aqlamah grants a limited license to use this site for personal and non-commercial purposes related to purchasing our garments.
Improper use (fraud, disruption, content copying) is strictly prohibited.
Only individuals over 18 with legal capacity may place orders.
2. Registration and Personal Data
To place an order or subscribe to our letters, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.

3. Intellectual Property
All texts, images, designs, logos and content on this site belong to Aqlamah.
Use for personal viewing is allowed reproduction or modification without permission is not.
4. Product Availability
All orders depend on stock. We may withdraw or cancel products at any time.
If you paid for an unavailable item, we’ll refund you fully.
5. Prices and Payment
Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept Shopify Payments and major cards. PayPal will be available soon.
Aqlamah is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.
6. Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation. Final confirmation occurs once we dispatch your items.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:
– Obvious errors in pricing or descriptions
– Suspected fraud or speculative use
– Stock or availability issues
– Incomplete or false data
7. Modifications
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.
8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, we submit to the courts of the consumer’s residence.
Shipping and returns
Shipping
Orders are dispatched every Monday. Tracking is sent by email. Delivery options and transit estimates are shown at checkout. Aqlamah covers duties and import taxes on the original delivery.
Returns
EU: 15 calendar days after delivery to request a return. The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind. Outside the EU, no additional voluntary returns are offered; mandatory rights, including UK cancellation rights, remain preserved. Faulty or incorrect items are handled at our expense. All intellectual property belongs to Aqlamah. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
