Returns and exchanges

These terms apply to new orders. Orders placed before this update retain the return conditions offered when they were purchased. Your mandatory consumer rights are always preserved.

European Union: 15 days to request a return

For orders delivered in the European Union, you have 15 calendar days, starting the day after the last item in the order is delivered, to tell us that you wish to return your purchase. You do not need to give a reason.

Email info@aqlamah.com with your order number, the items you wish to return and a clear statement of your decision. You may use any unequivocal withdrawal statement. We will provide the return address and instructions. Send the goods back within 14 calendar days after notifying us.

Outside the European Union

We do not offer additional voluntary change-of-mind returns outside the EU. This does not exclude cancellation, return or refund rights that are mandatory under the law applicable to your purchase.

UK customers retain their statutory right to notify us of cancellation within 14 days after delivery and then send the goods back within a further 14 days. If a mandatory right applies in your country, contact info@aqlamah.com so we can arrange the return. Faulty or incorrect items are dealt with separately below.

Return costs and customs

If you change your mind, you arrange and pay the direct cost of return shipping. We do not charge a labour, administration or restocking fee for exercising a statutory withdrawal right.

Aqlamah covers duties and import taxes on the original delivery. For a return from outside the EU that must be accepted under applicable law, contact us for the return address and customs instructions before dispatching the parcel. No automatic handling or customs deduction will be made from a statutory refund.

Condition of the piece

You may inspect and try on a piece as you would in a shop. Please keep it clean and protect it from wear, washing, alteration, perfume and stains, and retain the tags and packaging where possible. Use suitable protective packaging for the return.

Where the law permits, we may deduct only an evidenced loss in value caused by handling beyond what was needed to examine the piece. Simply opening the packaging or reasonably trying it on does not remove your statutory rights.

Refunds

For a valid withdrawal from the whole order, we refund the item price and the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery option. Any extra amount you chose to pay for premium delivery is not refundable. For a partial return, we refund the returned items and any delivery costs required by applicable law.

Refunds use the original payment method, without a refund fee. For statutory withdrawal, we issue the refund without undue delay and within 14 calendar days after your notice. We may withhold it until we receive the goods or evidence that they were sent back, whichever happens first. We apply the same refund arrangements to our additional EU return day.

Faulty or incorrect items

If a piece is faulty, damaged on arrival or different from what you ordered, contact info@aqlamah.com promptly with your order number and details. We will arrange the appropriate remedy and cover the necessary return costs. The return windows and change-of-mind restrictions above do not limit your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. You can return an eligible piece and place a new order for the size or model you want.
