Ready-to-ship orders are dispatched every Monday. For any piece explicitly sold as a pre-order, the dispatch schedule stated on its product page applies.

Delivery after dispatch

Estimated transit times start after dispatch: Spain, 1–3 business days; EU, 3–10 business days; UK, 7–12 business days; other international destinations, 10 or more business days. Available destinations, services and shipping prices are shown at checkout.

These are estimates. Customs, transport disruption or adverse weather can affect transit. We will email a tracking number when your parcel is dispatched. Your statutory delivery rights remain unaffected.

Duties and import taxes

Aqlamah covers the duties, import taxes and customs charges on the original delivery. If the carrier asks you to pay an additional import charge, contact info@aqlamah.com before paying so we can resolve it.

Your address and delivery

Please check your delivery address before ordering and tell us promptly if it needs correcting. We remain responsible for the goods until they are delivered to you, subject to applicable law. Contact us if your parcel is delayed, lost or damaged so we can investigate.

Returns

EU customers have 15 calendar days after delivery to request a return. The customer pays return shipping for a change of mind; Aqlamah covers the necessary return costs for faulty or incorrect goods. Outside the EU, additional voluntary returns are not offered, while mandatory consumer rights, including those of UK customers, remain preserved.
