Terms of Service, Shipping, Returns and Legal Notice

Welcome to Aqlamah. By accessing and using our website aqlamah.com, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully. If you disagree, we kindly ask that you do not use our services.

1. Use of the Website

Aqlamah grants a limited license to use this site for personal and non-commercial purposes related to purchasing our garments.
Improper use (fraud, disruption, content copying) is strictly prohibited.
Only individuals over 18 with legal capacity may place orders.


2. Registration and Personal Data

To place an order or subscribe to our letters, you must provide accurate and up-to-date personal information.
See our Privacy Policy to understand how we use it.


3. Intellectual Property

All texts, images, designs, logos and content on this site belong to Aqlamah.
Use for personal viewing is allowed reproduction or modification without permission is not.


4. Product Availability

All orders depend on stock. We may withdraw or cancel products at any time.
If you paid for an unavailable item, we’ll refund you fully.


5. Prices and Payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
We accept Shopify Payments and major cards. PayPal will be available soon.

Aqlamah is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages unless required by law.


6. Order Confirmation

After placing an order, you’ll receive an automatic confirmation. Final confirmation occurs once we dispatch your items.
We reserve the right to cancel orders in case of:

– Obvious errors in pricing or descriptions
– Suspected fraud or speculative use
– Stock or availability issues
– Incomplete or false data


7. Modifications

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept them.


8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For disputes, we submit to the courts of the consumer’s residence.


Shipping Policy

We prepare each package with care and baraka. Below you’ll find how we ship your order.

Processing Time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days unless otherwise noted.

Estimated Delivery Times:
– Spain: 3–6 business days
– EU: 4–10 business days
– UK: 7–12 business days
– Other countries: 10–20+ business days

In any case, orders will be delivered within a maximum of 30 calendar days from purchase confirmation. If this deadline is exceeded, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link by email.
Aqlamah bears the risk until the package is delivered to you.
We are not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs or incorrect addresses.

International Orders: Orders outside the EU may be subject to customs duties or taxes. These are the customer’s responsibility.

Shipping Address: Please ensure your address is correct. We cannot replace or refund orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete information.


Returns & Exchanges

We hope your Aqlamah dress feels just as you imagined. But if you need to return it, here’s what to do.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

You may return your order within 14 calendar days from the date received — no explanation needed.

To qualify, the item must:
– Be unworn, unwashed, and in perfect condition
– Have all original tags
– Be returned in original or similar protective packaging
– Include your order number or proof of purchase

Important:
– Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless we made a mistake
– Original shipping and handling fees are non-refundable
– Returns without prior contact will not be accepted

To start a return: Email us at info@aqlamah.com within 14 days. We’ll confirm the return address and steps.

Refunds:
Refunds are issued via your original payment method within 14 calendar days of approving the return.
We may wait until the item is received and inspected.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you haven’t received it, please contact us.

Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. You may return your item and place a new order after receiving your refund.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, please contact us immediately.
We’ll take full responsibility and resolve it promptly — with baraka.


Returns from Outside the EU

– Return shipping and customs fees are your responsibility
– Import taxes and duties are non-refundable
– We recommend using a tracked shipping service


Items That Cannot Be Returned

We do not currently sell products excluded from return (such as cosmetics or intimate items).
However, we will reject returns if:
– Items have been worn, washed or damaged
– Packaging is insufficient
– Return is late or unannounced
